Forever affordable housing

in Brussels

Residents buy the homes, not the land!

Affordable housing

We build affordable housing for low-income residents of Brussels. Thanks to our innovative solution, our residents are able to buy a home without buying the land. The result? On average, our homes cost 40% less than those on the private market!

Community Work

Residents are involved in the design and management of our housing projects. We support them in this process so that they are capable of independently managing their households on a day-to-day basis.

Social innovation

Community Land Trust Brussels is actively involved in disseminating the CLT model in Brussels, Belgium and Europe, while innovating to strengthen the supply of affordable housing and foster non-speculative urban development.
