Description
Le Nid project is located in Anderlecht near Gare de l’Ouest in a residential neighbourhood with amenities nearby. It is the first CLTB pilot project and is now inhabited by 7 families.
Throughout the process, these families have played a central role in the project development, especially in the organisational, legal and architectural aspects, having formed the Le Nid civil society with CLTB. Residents are also trained in building usage and co-ownership management.
Overall, the project transformed a parish center fallen into disuse into a complex consisting of 7 dwellings, a community space and a garden (both of which are open to the inhabitants of the neighbourhood). These spaces are managed in collaboration with neighbours.
