Exceptional project for Community Land Trust Brussels! An owner-occupier couple living in a house close to the Mariemont project wanted to live in a smaller home adapted to their needs. Meanwhile, a family living in Mariemont was looking for a more spacious home. The owner-occupier couple offered to donate the land around their house to Community Land Trust Brussels, enabling the two households to ‘swap’ homes.
