In Brussels, housing prices have dramatically increased. The Community Land Trust Brussels proposes a new approach: we buy the walls but not the land, which we manage together. And that changes everything!
By making a donation or a bequest, you allow vulnerable people to live in dignity (homeless, senior citizens, low income, people with reduced mobility).
A kitchen for a family

You're helping to furnish a kitchen for a family in Brussels.
A collective space
With 20€/month
You take part in the construction of a collective space in a project.
Community activities
With 40€/year
You support the organisation of community activities within our projects.
Make a donation
By making a donation, you are helping to promote this fundamental right: access to affordable, quality housing.
From €40 per year paid into the Friends of the CLTB Fund of the King Baudouin Foundation, your donations are tax deductible at 45% of the amount of the donation, up to a limit of 10% of your tax. For example, a donation of €40 will only cost you €22 after tax deduction!

How do I become an effective member?
All members can take part in the General Assembly, but to be entitled to vote, you must apply to the Governing Body by filling in the application form for admission as an effective member, which you can send to us at the following address: welcome@cltb.be.
