The project is part of the development of the Tivoli site, which is to be developed into a new sustainable neighbourhood.
Since 2014, numerous working meetings have been held between CityDev and CLTB to explore possible collaborations for the development of a CLTB project on the Tivoli site.
In order to be able to offer its public acquired social housing in the future sustainable Tivoli district, the CLTB Foundation has exceptionally agreed to work on the basis of an emphyteusis.
In accordance with the Tivoli development plan, the project involves the construction of two separate buildings. 22 flats with 1 to 4 bedrooms.
