Located between Place Jourdan and Place Flagey on land occupied until June 2024 by La Serre (Communa), the Gray project is part of the Maelbeek Sustainable Neighbourhood Contract. It involves the construction of 10 homes.
In addition to the 10 homes, the Gray project includes a collective garden and a community space on the ground floor, where CLTB wishes to continue the work carried out by La Serre (Communa) for the neighbourhood.
As envisaged, the project calls for the renovation and conversion of the building at no. 173 and the construction of a new structure on the grounds of the existing buildings at no. 169, 171 and 171A rue Gray.
