For the first time since the creation of Community Land Trust Brussels more than 10 years ago, and 5 years after entering the first homes, we are releasing a report on the impact of our work.
✔️ 90% of residents believe their living situation has improved.
✔️ Extracurriculars, Bazar Festival, Green Cantine and Roue Libre: our members were actively involved in community projects.
✔️ 12 Community Land Trusts in Europe and around the world were able to learn directly from the expertise of Community Land Trust Brussels.
✔️ 100% of homes will remain affordable in perpetuity.
For the first time since the creation of Community Land Trust Brussels more than 10 years ago, and 5 years after entering the first homes, we are releasing a report on the impact of our work. In this document, we not only look at its impact on our residents, but also examine the impact on the neighbourhoods in which we operate and how we have or have not been able to influence the debate on the city.
