Description
Exceptional project for Community Land Trust Brussels! A homeowner couple living near Mariemont project wished to move into a smaller home better suited to their needs. At the same time, a family residing in Mariemont was looking for a larger space. The couple decided to donate their land to Community Land Trust Brussels, making it possible for the two households to ‘swap’ homes.
Every donation of a house or a plot of land is a lever to strengthen our work and increase our capacity to offer affordable and adapted housing. More information: legacies and property donations.
