Navez

The Navez development is located on the border between Brussels and Schaerbeek, a stone’s throw from Schaerbeek station and the Dockx shopping centre. The development comprises 8 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms.

The Navez project differs from the other CLTB projects. It is a ‘turnkey’ purchase (the contractor is responsible for the entire process, from design to handover of the keys). The 8 CLTB flats are part of a 32-unit development built by Compté. The other flats were sold on the traditional private market.

The 8 flats, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, are light, airy and low-energy. All have terraces and cellars. A bicycle storage room is available to residents.
