5 architects selected for competition Transvaal

Together with the Chief Architect of Brussels, we have selected 5 architecture offices for the final phase of the competition for our Transvaal project in Anderlecht. Transvaal combines affordable CLT-housing with a space for a local youth organisation.

Atelier d’Architecture Alain Richard – AA-AR sprl, Czvek Rigby adf/saspj, Low Architecten bvba, PTArchitecten BVBA, Vers.A sprl were selected out of 49 candidats.

On Monday 10 December, CLT Brussels and CLT Ghent organised a gathering of CLTs from Belgium and the Netherlands to share how they work, their goals, needs of members and more.  The gathering included participants from Flanders, Wallonia, Amsterdam, and Lille.
