Agro Reno Empower Collective (AREC)

The LIFE AREC project will bring together, until 2028, 12 actors in energy renovation from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. AREC aims to study and test innovative methods that reduce the cost and duration of renovations. By participating in this project, the goal for Community Land Trust Brussels is to develop a manual on how the Community Land Trust model can be used to help low-income homeowners carry out collective renovations.
