Présentation
The Venizélos project, located between Bizet and La Roue in Anderlecht, is a major renovation of 3 flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The ground floor of this building is used by a Sibelga facility.
The 3 flats require complete renovation and refurbishment: electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation, insulation, window frames, etc.
A garden laid out for collective use by the residents can remain accessible via the entrance corridor and stairwell, which are common parts of the building. Bicycle parking facilities can be provided in the small garden at the front of the building.
Community Land Trust Brussels has signed a long lease with the municipality of Anderlecht for the renovation of these flats.
For this project, Community Land Trust Brussels is looking into the possibility of carrying out some of the work under the assisted self-renovation scheme (ARA) with the future residents.
